Join Donna Maher from Divine Aura for a special sound bath and meditation event that will leave you feeling nourished, grounded and relaxed. Participants will be guided in a chakra* cleansing visualization that will lead into a sound experience supported by healing instruments and vocals (including channeled ancient Hebrew prayers).

*Chakras are the energy centers of your body. Each singing bowl’s vibrations correspond to a specific chakra, facilitating balance, release, and deep healing in these energy centers.

What to bring:

  • A (yoga) mator similar to lay on

  • Pillows, blankets or anything you may need to contribute to your comfort

  • (Optional) a blindfold to cover your eyes and support your relaxation

Sound therapy and sound-based relaxation techniques have been practiced for thousands of years and are popular for helping people reduce stress and anxiety and to help with sleep. If you are pregnant or have any metal in your body, please consult your doctor prior to joining.
