I found yoga in a small studio in Southern California in 2010 and it changed my life. It helped with stress and improved my overall health. I knew I had found something that I was truly excited to do and was passionate about. After practicing daily, I quit my 9-5, became certified in Vinyasa yoga (RYT200) and started teaching. My goal is to make my students feel the way I feel about yoga, on and off the mat. Although I love inverting and getting tricky with my practice, my teaching style is aimed to be accessible to all levels - I like to break it down and like to flow. When I'm not on the mat, you can find me camping, beaching and traveling.
