My practice is an always-available opportunity to let the external world fade into the background and tap into the basics of being alive: breathing intentionally, moving fluidly, and cultivating a keen awareness of body and mind. I find that the potent healing effects of this practice come from this simple act of showing up and slowing down. I truly believe that yoga is for everybody and strive to meet you where you are, to guide you through the mental and physical challenges of your asana practice, and to facilitate your reconnecting with the external world feeling energized and at peace.
