I find that practicing together in community is even more powerful, and invite you to join me in committing to a regular practice. Start where you are. Whatever you think you want from your yoga practice, be it clarity, focus, release, strength, grace, community, flexibility, balance, inversions, physical challenge, peace, spiritual growth, play, flow, sweat, endurance, or all of the above, come practice. Your mat is calling you.
