Anna B. has been a member of the Yogaraj community from the very beginning and completed her teacher training with Brent Laffoon and Jay Co. She teaches a strong vinyasa flow with an emphasis on building flexibility and the strength to support it. Her practice is inspired by a background in dance, and a curiosity about creative movement in all forms. Through a combination of classic yoga poses and nontraditional exercises, she seeks to help her students find a deeper integration of body, mind, and spirit, and develop a greater confidence moving in their own skin. Anna is also a passionate acro yoga practitioner, often incorporating (optional) partner stretches into her classes.
